Friends of Friends Guesthouse is located in the heart of Los Olivos, just a one-minute walk from the iconic flagpole in the center of town. Once your reservation is approved, you’ll receive an email with the full address, detailed driving directions, and check-in instructions.

The guesthouse comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests with one king bed and a twin-size pull-out sofa. We do allow up to 4 guests if two are children, though please note it will be a snug fit.

Yes, we require a two-night minimum stay at Friends of Friends Guesthouse.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate when the schedule allows.

Check-in is simple and contactless. The guesthouse is equipped with a smart lock — once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you the exact address along with your personalized entry code and step-by-step directions. You’ll be able to head straight in and make yourself at home without needing to coordinate arrival times.

Yes. The pull-out sofa converts into a small twin bed that’s best suited for one child. While an adult could technically use it, it’s most comfortable for kids.

Yes. Guests are welcome to park either in the dirt turnout directly in front of the guesthouse or in the driveway. Please note that the driveway is fairly steep — low-clearance vehicles should use extra caution.

Yes — the guesthouse includes fast, reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay.

No, the guesthouse does not have a TV — this is intentional. We designed the space as a peaceful retreat where you can unplug, relax, and enjoy Los Olivos. That said, we do provide fast, reliable Wi-Fi, so if you bring a tablet or laptop you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies on your own device.

We love animals, but unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate pets at Friends of Friends Guesthouse. This helps us maintain the space’s comfort and cleanliness for all guests.

We don’t provide bikes at the guesthouse, but there’s a bike rental shop just two blocks away. You’ll find all the details in our Friends of Friends Guide, which we share with guests after booking.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due one week before arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
